A missing Louisiana shrimp boater, Timothy Cheramie, has been found alive. Cheramie’s disappearance had caused concern and worry within the community, but the situation has now taken a positive turn.

The incident occurred on a Saturday when Timothy Cheramie went missing while attempting to retrieve his shrimping boat off the coast of Venice. The boat had encountered difficulties as it took on water, prompting Cheramie to take immediate action. However, upon reaching the location, the boat was discovered with no one on board, raising alarms about the well-being of the experienced shrimp boater.

Fortunately, the Coast Guard provided reassurance by confirming Cheramie’s safety on X, formerly known as Twitter. In a brief statement, they announced, “Mr. Cheramie has been located and reported safe,” putting an end to the anxious wait for information on his whereabouts.
