In a somber incident on Tuesday, Sugianto, commonly known as Kinoy, a 40-year-old shrimp pond cleaning worker, was discovered lifeless in a shrimp pond in Sergai, Indonesia.

Kinoy was found lying on his back, and as of now, authorities are unable to determine the cause of his death. The Sergai Police Criminal Investigation Unit found no signs of violence at the scene. Additionally, the water pump and electric cables were secured from inside the pool.

Family’s Decision on Autopsy

Edward Sidauruk revealed that the family has declined to authorize an autopsy, attributing Kinoy’s death to natural causes. Despite their refusal, the Cermin Beach Police transported Kinoy to Sultan Sulaiman Hospital for a post-mortem examination. However, the results of the examination also indicated no signs of violence and the circumstances surrounding Kinoy’s death remain unclear.
